Delivery

Delivery is FREE of charge for this item, and it will be sent via our Standard Method, which is with DPD and usually takes 1-3 days to reach you, if the item is in stock.  If the item is not in stock, the delivery timeframe is shown at the top of the product page under the product name.​

​DPD delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been collected. If you provided your mobile number, DPD will send you a link for parcel tracking and delivery information direct to your phone. They send you an estimated one-hour delivery window and the opportunity to switch to another day if day offered is not convenient.​

Returns

We have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered them, as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use.​

Solid brass with an applied bronze patina and hand-waxed finish

This product is made from solid brass with an applied bronze patina and hand-waxed finish. It needs to be handled with care to maintain the beautifully varied surface effect. To prevent finger marks we recommend wearing cotton gloves when handling.

This finish is not compatible with chemical-based cleaners, soaps or abrasive materials. To maintain, simply wipe clean with a soft lint-free cloth.

When adjusting the height or position of your lamp, please ensure the screw paddle is fully unscrewed to prevent scratching.
