Delivery

We offer FREE kerbside delivery, with products sent via our 1-man delivery partner.

For items that are in stock, our partner can deliver within 2-3 weeks from the day of the order confirmation. If the item that you have ordered is 'made to order' we'll provide a delivery estimate when you place your order.  ​​

Returns

We really hope that you will be more than delighted with your NiX pieces. However, if you decide it doesn’t quite work and want to exchange it for something else, or if you have just changed your mind, then we have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered them, as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use.

We will charge a $100 fee for collecting the item from you, or you can arrange for it to be delivered to our US warehouse location. Please follow the instructions listed below.

Made to Order (MTO) pieces are made specifically to your exact requirements and we are sadly unable to offer a return or refund on these pieces.

For upholstered pieces that have been made with your own fabric, we are sadly unable to offer a refund.

Nepalese hand-craft Lokta paper, handmade out of fibres from the bark of the Lokta bush and then wax and dye is used to create the unique dotty pattern. The sheets of paper are airdried naturally in the sun, giving the colour tone variation and uniqueness.

Lokta is a sustainable fibre that is eco-friendly to produce, handmade in Nepal, the production supports traditional craft.

To clean the paper lampshades, please carefully remove the shade from the light fitting or lamp base and with a dry, clean cloth or duster wipe the shade gently. 

When removing the lampshade from the light fitting or lamp base, please ensure you handle with care with clean hands. The shades are handmade with handmade papers and will mark easily. 

Please keep the lampshades in a room with consistent atmospheric conditions, away from water. The paper on the lampshades could become damaged if they become wet, or are exposed to sources of condensation. 

Please be careful not to place lampshades into direct sunlight, prolonged exposure to sunlight could cause fading or damage over time to the lampshade. 

The lampshades are for indoor use only. 

We recommend using low-wattage energy-efficient bulbs with all our lampshades to avoid scorch marks caused by high-wattage bulbs.
