The More the Merrier three-seat sofa's FSC-certified beech hardwood frame and solid oak feet are carefully joined and secured with a Lifetime Guarantee for complete peace of mind.

This product is upholstered in our deliciously soft but incredibly durable Intelligent Velvet, which adds warmth and texture to your space. Made in Italy from 60% recycled yarns, Intelligent Velvet is stain-resistant and entirely washable, making it a beautiful and practical choice.

Like every piece in the NiX upholstery collection, the fabric covers are expertly cut and stitched before being individually assembled and upholstered. This level of care and craftsmanship ensures that your product can be well-used and well-loved for years to come.

Delivery

We offer FREE kerbside delivery, with our larger products sent via our 2-man delivery partner.

If you need to have our piece installed or fitted into your home, then please email our customer services team, who will be able to offer you some options based on your specific location including the option for white glove delivery. Items may be delivered to the room of your choice, assembled if required and any packaging is taken away for recycling. If you need your old sofa collected, it may be possible for us to arrange that based on your location.

We would always recommend checking the dimensions of your new piece to ensure that it will fit through doorways and tight turns, up staircases and underneath ceilings, before you place your order. We’ve put together a furniture delivery guide to help you check whether it will fit and other preparations to ensure your delivery day goes smoothly.

On the delivery day, the team will confirm the delivery time via a phone call approximately one hour prior to arriving at your property.

All our sofas are shipped with transit feet to minimise any damage during transit. The NiX feet are shipping in a box with the sofa. Please just note that you will need to change the feet when you are ready to use it. This is very easy and there is no drilling required. The transit feet simply unscrew and the NiX feet will screw in their place. If you need to turn the sofa/chair over to change the feet, please be careful to avoid damaging the fabric.   

Returns

We really hope that you will be more than delighted with your NiX pieces. However, if you decide it doesn’t quite work and want to exchange it for something else, or if you have just changed your mind, then we have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered them, as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use.

We will charge a $100 fee for collecting the item from you, or you can arrange for it to be delivered to our US warehouse location. Please follow the instructions listed below.

Made to Order (MTO) pieces are made specifically to your exact requirements and we are sadly unable to offer a return or refund on these pieces.

For upholstered pieces that have been made with your own fabric, we are sadly unable to offer a refund.

Should you find a fault or damage to your piece, please contact our customer support team who will be able to assist you.

Once a week, use your vacuum cleaner’s upholstery nozzle to help stop dust from building up. You can also use a soft, clean brush to clean the fabric, paying particular attention to the arms and any pleats. This will help to combat fabric wear and stop colour fading. 

Our seat cushions have the same fabric on the top and bottom, making it easy to flip them over when plumping. 

Delivered with travel feet, and bolt-on feet packaged separately.

However, by choosing our White Glove Delivery service (+£150) at checkout, our delivery crew will install it for you in your room of choice, and will take away the packaging for recycling when they are done.
