Delivery

We offer FREE kerbside delivery, with products sent via our 1-man delivery partner.

For items that are in stock, our partner can deliver within 2-3 weeks from the day of the order confirmation. If the item that you have ordered is 'made to order' we'll provide a delivery estimate when you place your order.  ​​

Returns

We really hope that you will be more than delighted with your NiX pieces. However, if you decide it doesn’t quite work and want to exchange it for something else, or if you have just changed your mind, then we have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered them, as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use.

We will charge a $100 fee for collecting the item from you, or you can arrange for it to be delivered to our US warehouse location. Please follow the instructions listed below.

Made to Order (MTO) pieces are made specifically to your exact requirements and we are sadly unable to offer a return or refund on these pieces.

For upholstered pieces that have been made with your own fabric, we are sadly unable to offer a refund.

Should you find a fault or damage to your piece, please contact our customer support team who will be able to assist you.
