All of our fabrics are designed to be mixed and matched so you can easily layer cushions of different shapes, sizes, colours and patterns until you find the perfect blend.

This item includes FREE standard delivery (to UK mainland) via DHL. 

Delivery will be attempted in the estimated timeframe displayed at the top of the product page. For 'Made to Order' pieces our delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery when the item is ready for dispatch. Confirmation will be sent via email.  

DHL delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been collected.

International Orders​

For deliveries outside of the UK mainland, please reach out to our Customer Service team for a quote on +44(0)330 058 1551 or email us with your order request before placing your order. Please allow a few working days for us to process your request.

Returns

We’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of delivery as long as they are in their original packaging and without any signs of use. Should you wish to return your order please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you set up your return for a small fee of £9.95.

Made to Order (MTO) pieces are made specifically to your exact requirements.  They can be returned to us, but we do charge a restocking fee that is 25% of the original price of the piece (for UK mainland delivery returns).

Our cushions are handmade in the UK. The fabrics we use to produce the cushions are woven on traditional looms and the presence of knots, slubs, flaws and imperfections are a natural characteristic of woven textiles. 

We celebrate the unique element of every single product we sell and the craftsmanship that goes into them. These imperfections are not considered defects, and we believe they can actually add to the fabric's natural character.

To keep your NiX product in the best possible condition, we recommend all fabrics should be dry-cleaned by an upholstery and curtain fabric specialist.

Spot cleaning and the use of proprietary products are not recommended.

To prolong the life of covers further and reduce the need for cleaning, we suggest that you regularly vacuum and turn your cushions.

All of our fabrics on our cushions are included within our a 1-year guarantee. For more details please read our Warranty.
