Beautifully soft and enticing, "Cloud Nine" is an upholstered bed that subtly nods to the Art Deco era. An intricate piping detail accentuates the gentle curves of the padded headboard. Available with an optional kick pleat valance to the frame for understated chic or dial up the drama with a playful ruffled valance. "Cloud Nine" works wonderfully with plain velvet or a ticking valance. Full range of NiX fabrics upon request.

At NiX, quality and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do. Our made-to-order upholstery is proudly crafted in the UK by our partner, who has been handmaking fine furniture for over 60 years. The "Cloud Nine" bed’s multi-ply wooden bed slats and FSC-certified birch, beech and engineered hardwood frame are carefully joined and secured.
The "Cloud Nine" upholstered bed is available in two choices of Intelligent Velvet – Aegean or Juniper – and has the option of Kick Pleats, Gathered Pleats (Ticking Cotton or Intelligent Velvet), or no valance, and is in king and super king sizes.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery
UK mainland kerbside delivery is FREE of charge as standard for this item, and will be sent via our 2-man delivery partner. Our white glove delivery is also available for this piece as an optional extra for purchase at checkout.
Once the item is in our warehouse, our 2-man delivery partner will contact you directly to make a delivery booking and will email you the details. Please advise them in advance of any access issues, e.g. no parking.
They deliver Monday to Saturday between 7.00am and 7.00pm in four-hour delivery time slots. On the scheduled delivery day, you’ll receive an email confirming the four-hour delivery time slot. The delivery team will then confirm the delivery time via a phone call, approximately one hour prior to arriving at your property.
International Orders
If you are located outside of the UK mainland and wish to purchase our products, we can ship internationally. Before placing your order reach out to our Customer Service team for a quote on +44(0)330 058 1551 or email us with your order request, and we will do the rest. International deliveries will be given extra packaging, and crated or palletised for protection when necessary. Please allow a few working days for us to process your request.

Returns
We have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered them, as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use (for UK mainland delivery returns).
When it comes to large items that are delivered via our standard 2-man or white-gloved delivery service, we will need to charge £150 to cover the cost of collection (for UK mainland delivery returns). However, if you tell us when we deliver it, and before the installation team leaves, we will take it back free of charge.
Made to Order (MTO) pieces are made specifically to your exact requirements. They can be returned to us, but we do charge a restocking fee that is 25% of the original price of the piece (for UK mainland delivery returns).
For upholstered pieces that have been made with your own fabric, we are sadly unable to offer a refund.
Should you find a fault or damage to your piece, please contact our customer support team who will be able to assist you.
