Multiple lamps can be used in a run along a corridor or arranged around the perimeter of a room. Double Trouble can also be positioned on either side of a fireplace or mirror to draw the eye towards these focal points within a space.

Our shades are individually handcrafted and hand-finished, so subtle variations from one piece to the next may occur. We celebrate the unique element of every single product we sell and the craftsmanship that goes into them.

All trims and panel laminations are completed by hand.

Delivery

UK mainland delivery is FREE of charge for this item, and it will be sent via our Standard Method, which is with our 1 man delivery service, and usually takes 1-2 weeks to reach you if the item is in stock.  If the item is not in stock, the delivery timeframe is shown at the top of the product page under the product name.​

​DHL delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been collected. If you provided your mobile number, our delivery partner will send you a link for parcel tracking and delivery information direct to your phone. They send you an estimated one-hour delivery window and the opportunity to switch to another day if day offered is not convenient.​

International Orders​

If you are located outside of the UK mainland and wish to purchase our products, we can ship internationally. Before placing your order reach out to our Customer Service team for a quote on +44(0)330 058 1551 or email us with your order request, and we will do the rest. International deliveries will be given extra packaging, and crated or palletised for protection when necessary. Please allow a few working days for us to process your request.

Returns

We have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered them, as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use (for UK mainland delivery returns).​

Made to Order (MTO) pieces are made specifically to your exact requirements.  They can be returned to us, but we do charge a restocking fee that is 25% of the original price of the piece (for UK mainland delivery returns).

For upholstered pieces that have been made with your own fabric, we are sadly unable to offer a refund.

Should you find a fault or damage to your piece, please contact our customer support team who will be able to assist you.

This product is made from solid brass with an applied bronze patina and hand-waxed finish. It needs to be handled with care to maintain the beautifully varied surface effect. To prevent finger marks we recommend wearing cotton gloves when handling.

This finish is not compatible with chemical-based cleaners, soaps or abrasive materials. To maintain, simply wipe clean with a soft lint-free cloth.
