Rise Pendant, Brass with Empire Natural Parchment Lamp Shade with Maroon Stitching

Rise features a smooth, varnished-brass finish that gives it a warm, tactile aesthetic. The metal pairs perfectly with a simple parchment shade that produces a gentle, romantic glow reminiscent of candlelight. The light can be positioned above a dining table and also looks great suspended over a kitchen island or hung low over a bedside table.

This is one of two different shade options designed to complement our Rise pendant light. The straight-sided, Empire-style shade is made from natural parchment with a subtly textured surface. Maroon stitching along the top and bottom edges of the shade emphasises its hand-crafted character. During the day the shade has a discreet, neutral presence, while at night when the light is turned on it emits soft, diffused illumination.

NiX Delivery Information

Our lighting products are sent using our Standard method which costs £6.95 and takes 1-3 days.

NiX’s Lighting orders will be delivered via DPD courier service. DPD delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm and generally take 1-3 working days to reach you once despatched from our warehouse.  A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been collected. If you provided your mobile number DPD will send you a link for parcel tracking and delivery information direct to your phone. They send you an estimated one-hour delivery window and the opportunity to switch to another day if day offered is not convenient.

We have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered it, as long as it’s in its original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use.

We’ve crafted this piece from solid brass with an applied bronze patina and hand-waxed finish. That means it needs to be handled with care to maintain its beautiful surface. To prevent finger marks, we recommend wearing cotton gloves when handling.
