Delivery

UK Delivery is FREE of charge for this item, and will be sent via our 1-man, delivery partner Rhenus and are delivered right to your doorstep. ​

​For items that are in stock, our partner can deliver within 10 working days of the order confirmation. If the item that you have ordered is 'made to order' we'll provide a delivery estimate when you place your order.  ​

​They will contact you directly to make a delivery booking and will email you the details. They deliver Monday to Saturday between 7.00am and 7.00pm and they will call you on the day of delivery 1 hour before they arrive.​

Returns

We have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered them, as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use.​

To return this item, we’ll need to charge you £35 to collect it to cover the cost of the courier service.  However, if you tell us when we deliver it, we can take it back with us free of charge.​
