Delivery

UK Delivery is FREE of charge for this item, and it will be sent via our Standard Method, which is with DHL and usually takes 1-3 days to reach you, if the item is in stock.  If the item is not in stock, the delivery timeframe is shown at the top of the product page under the product name.​

​DHL delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been collected. If you provided your mobile number, DHL will send you a link for parcel tracking and delivery information direct to your phone. They send you an estimated one-hour delivery window and the opportunity to switch to another day if day offered is not convenient.​

We have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered them, as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use.​
