Delivery

Delivery is FREE of charge for this item, and it will be sent via our Standard Method, which is with DHL and usually takes 1-3 days to reach you, if the item is in stock.  If the item is not in stock, the delivery timeframe is shown at the top of the product page under the product name.​

​DHL delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm and a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been collected. If you provided your mobile number, DHL will send you a link for parcel tracking and delivery information direct to your phone. They send you an estimated one-hour delivery window and the opportunity to switch to another day if day offered is not convenient.​

We have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered them, as long as they are in their original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use.​

This product is made from solid brass with an applied bronze patina and hand-waxed finish. It needs to be handled with care to maintain the beautifully varied surface effect. To prevent finger marks we recommend wearing cotton gloves when handling.

To clean the paper lampshades, please carefully remove the shade from the light fitting or lamp base and with a dry, clean cloth or duster wipe the shade gently. When removing the lampshade from the light fitting or lamp base, please ensure you handle with care with clean hands. The shades are handmade with handmade papers and will mark easily. 

Please keep the lampshades in a room with consistent atmospheric conditions, away from water. The paper on the lampshades could become damaged if they become wet, or are exposed to sources of condensation. Please be careful not to place lampshades into direct sunlight, prolonged exposure to sunlight could cause fading or damage over time to the lampshade.

Always switch off the electricity before cleaning.

Do not use polishing agents, water or abrasive materials when cleaning.
