Delivery

Fabric Orders are delivered to anywhere in the UK FREE of charge and are handled by our partner, DX courier service. 

​DX delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm and generally takes 3-5 working days to reach you, if the item is in stock.  A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been collected.

If you are located in the United States and wish to purchase our products, you can do so through our international partner, Brooks Thomas. Please visit the Brooks Thomas website for more details.

Returns

We have a no-quibbles returns policy, so if you change your mind, we’ll happily take back your fabric order within 28 days of when we delivered it, as long as it’s in its original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use.

Our fabrics are woven on traditional looms and the presence of knots, slubs, flaws and imperfections are a natural characteristic of woven textiles.

We celebrate the unique element of every single product we sell and the craftsmanship that goes into them. These imperfections are not considered defects, and we believe they can actually add to the fabric's natural character.
