Introduction

• These terms and conditions apply to the use of the gift voucher for a one-to-one Interior Design consultation with Nicola Harding. By purchasing or using the voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Validity

• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiration date is clearly marked on the voucher. After this date, the voucher will be considered null and void, and it will no longer be redeemable.

Redemption

• The voucher entitles the bearer to a single one-to-one consultation with Nicola Harding (Vouchers are available for 1, 2 and 3 hour sessions. To redeem the voucher, please contact consultations@nicolaharding.com to schedule an appointment. All bookings are subject to availability, and it is recommended that bookings be made at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability.

Transferability

• This voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the voucher. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in the voucher being voided. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the voucher will be considered redeemed.

Non-Refundable

• Once purchased, the voucher is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law.

Appointment Confirmation

• Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your consultation. Please ensure that you check all details carefully. The voucher must be presented at the time of the consultation.

Liability

• Nicola Harding and her affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this voucher, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to Terms

• Nicola Harding reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for any updates to these terms.
