Validity
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiration date is clearly marked on the voucher. After this date, the voucher will be considered null and void, and it will no longer be redeemable.
Redemption
The voucher is redeemable only against NiX by Nicola Harding products. To redeem the voucher, visit the NiX by Nicola Harding store or the designated website nicolaharding.com/pages/nix. The voucher cannot be used for consultations, events, courses, or any other services provided by Nicola Harding or her affiliates.
Transferability
This voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the voucher. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services that are not NiX by Nicola Harding products.
Non-Refundable
Once purchased, the voucher is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law.
Partial Redemption
If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance can be used in subsequent transactions until the voucher’s expiry date. Any balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.
Loss or Theft
NiX by Nicola Harding and affiliates are not responsible for any vouchers that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
Liability
NiX by Nicola Harding affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this voucher, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to Terms
NiX by Nicola Harding reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for any updates to these terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from or related to the voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
