Delivery Information

Our furniture products are sent using our Standard method which costs £6.95 and takes 1-3 days.

NiX’s furniture orders will be delivered via DPD courier service. DPD delivers Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 7.00pm and generally take 1-3 working days to reach you once despatched from our warehouse.  A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been collected. If you provided your mobile number DPD will send you a link for parcel tracking and delivery information direct to your phone. They send you an estimated one-hour delivery window and the opportunity to switch to another day if day offered is not convenient.

Returns Information

We have a no-quibbles returns policy, and we’ll happily take back most pieces within 28 days of when we delivered it, as long as it’s in its original packaging (unless we took this away for you) and without any signs of use.

Our furniture is hand-finished, so subtle variations from one piece to the next may occur.
